I'm contemplating getting NHL gamecenter, but the blackout rules are somewhat confusing. Will ducks games be blacked out since I'm in the area, or are just games on national networks blacked out?
All local and nationaly televised games are blacked out. in other words, if you can watch the game on YOUR TV in YOUR area then it will be blacked out.
They judge this based on the IP you are currently on so I'm sure there are way to cheese it with Proxies.
Wow, really confused about Rakell centering 4th line. Not sure if this is the best idea.
However, looks like B&B are willing to put Rakell in professional environment. There will be a lot of free days for training after the first 2 games.
That is, if Rakell doesnt fall out completely in given games.
Duckscolorman: For those wondering, expect Peter Holland to play Monday at Calgary. Believe idea is to give both Holland and Rickard Rakell a chance early.

Sitting him in favor of a guy like DSP, who has not performed nearly as well in the AHL nor camp, is ridiculous to me. Rakell can play on the wing.

Wow your smart. Seriously only way you will get the stream is proxy.
I will have to watch the recording when I get back cause the family is taking me out tonight. Will watch it the second I get home although I know I won't be able to refrain from following the game on my phone.
I hope Bonino has a 3 point night so he can work on proving me wrong.
Exactly. They probably see Rakell as a better pick for this particular game, with Holland being a better fit for Calgary.
On twitter i understood that they are just giving Rakell the first game, no matter of opponent. That seems logical since they'll evaluate him if he's NHL ready. Because if he wont be, they'll immediately send him back to OHL. Damn this thing is confusing
Most of you have probably seen this...but just to get back in the hockey mood...
Hardcore chills.
I'll never understand the fans that are DESPERATE to trade Getzlaf (yeah there are some. More of them on Twitter than here though). He's as much a definitive Anaheim Duck as Selanne, Niedermayer, Giguere, Rucchin, etc.
He's got his quirks (never shooting the puck, behind the back passes to no one) but he's a Duck and I think he always will be.
