He was very good for Anaheim as well. There's just something in the water in Philly that turns their goales to ****.

Seems like they're calling a lot of holding/interference penalties on the defensemen during dump and chases. How's Murray supposed to defend now?

The good thing is, it sounds like there is a pretty clear standard as to how long after the pass that contact can happen.

Watchin' the Devils-Islanders game right now
Isles look awful. Nabokov is saving their first period.

The Islanders will continue to be one of the teams that are always 10-12 points out of a playoff spot.
Watching LA raise their banner and get spanked was entertaining.

Let the post-Lidstrom era begin.

Jesus, a little over halfway through the game, Detroit's outshot 23-3. No wonder they tried to beg Lidstrom to come back. They don't look ready for the post-Lidstrom era.
They have more BS and hits than they do shots.

Dallas is having a lot of penalty trouble. Too bad it had to be against the Coyotes.

Normal snake-bitten McGinn.
EDIT: Saw the replay. Completely empty net and he hits the outside of the post.
