Nasty accident by Transit and Millersport. Hopefully everyone's alright, but it looked pretty rough. Be careful driving out there.

Tough to tell without specifics, but my got reaction is to go with #2, especially if it looks better on a resume. Invest in yourself, yo.

Interesting weekend, though a bit rough for my son. He said he wanted to "win some races" at the Pinewood Derby -- well, his car did just that, winning all four heats. What he didn't understand was that they time each car and rather than win his den or the pack like we lucked into last year, he wound up 2nd in the den and about 6 overall in his pack. Melt-down ensued.

Then yesterday, he takes the old man's coaching to heart during his game: plays his position, gets to the net both offensively and defensively, makes some good d-zone plays and nearly scores on three seperate occassions offensively. Well, of course because he DID NOT score, he was again having a melt-down. I told him that I was proud of how he played, he should be too, even in a loss. Hell, I had goose bumps watching him do what I preach day-in-and-day out and have it working for him repeatedly. He got it - picked up his head and we had a pretty awesome day. Maybe the light bulb is going on there - that if he wants his team to be better, he can be responsible for trying his best to be better. I certainly have the other dads talking positioning.

Personally, I value money and my time away from work (aka time with my kids), so I would go with #1.

Man that's not good, you skipped a year of dating there; its way to early to hit the altar together

You're young Duddy, its time to pack that resume and knowledge base so you can move up to a better job. It sounds like you'd stagnate in that 1st one.

That's the way I roll.

I don't play pond hockey. I put my head down and drive to the painted area of the ice.

In other dating news....I may have actually found the first date-able girl/woman in the last three or four years.

Not only is she not a dumb party girl, she's in law school. The downside is that she's always doing school-work.

It seems like everyone is finding girlfriends, fiancees etc I'm starting to wonder if there's something wrong with me. It seems the only ones I ever meet fall into the financee category

I can't even think about jumping into the game until after I return from my Asian vacation. The highlight will be a 5 day cruise on a private yacht that I will stock with a bevy of beauties.

Now you're trying to give me a reason to give up my Blackberry and move into the I-phone world.

If you can't give up the CrackBerry yet, just get an iPod Touch.

And if you do love your CrackBerry, this is sexy looking:

If I go and he starts looking.... this place would be done.
Well that would suck for me, if that happened, so I hope that's not the case and/or you're exaggerating..
