Kassian with a good game tonight. Minus that giveaway, good to see him put one in there. If he keeps getting chances and starts finishing more look out. Loving Garrison so far also and Edler on pace for 48 goals lol. That 30 million is worth every penny and then some.
No way was that an easy save for Luo, he covered the bottom of the net and covered the short side exactly how he should, it was however a hell of a finish by Eberle.
Got to be honest either our D has been pretty good or the Kids just haven't got going as I can't say any of them have been particularly impressive. Yakupov got schooled by Danny on the Kassian goal
No.
Look, I am the biggest Lu fan around. But you simply don't use that move unless the guy is on the goal line or within 6-feet of the net. That's the textbook use of that, and to make it worse he leaned into a paddle-down for no reason - there was no danger of a cross-crease there.
He literally could have stood up and done nothing and stopped it as long as he was on his angle.
I kind of wanted Lu to get a shutout this game so please spare me this 'attacking Lu' business.
i love both goalies so im unbiased. and with saying that, definitely schneider
though it is funny that we're not going with what we'd have done in the past, if scheider played great and luongo didn't, he (schneider) would usually get another game.

This. Just like Garrett just said..."Lu was too flat in the net".
They'll go back to Schneider. Gillis said during the intermission that last night was Cory's worst game in a couple years but it was an anomaly. I'd still go with Luongo on Friday in Anaheim, and split the back-to-back Sunday and Monday between the two.

i agree 100% with you
funny how the two goalies both think luongo could have played that differently... hmmmmmmmm
