The Kaleta-Ott troll brigade is everything the Stars thought they were getting when they signed Avery.

Ott has a really high-pitched voice. Who knew?

I like Ott on PP1, so I think Grigorenko for Foligno on PP2 is the right move if you're going to "inject" him somewhere.

I'm pretty sure his overall game would benefit from playing with Leino, get some cycle game going against the oppositions third pairings while having net-presence from The Jukebox (Ott).

really, lets overanalyze our 10th or 11th most important forward...kaleta/ott have back in scott. 1st line boom, hecht looks fresher than ever, line 2 will get their streaks...safe Lindy on the back end + good Miller

not even worrying about Grigs right now

Kaleta got 10 minutes, wtf? If other teams want to get Kaleta off the ice, apparently you just have to send a guy out to talk to him

Also, difficult to take a penalty on a PP.
I know I'm coming in late on this one, but Kessel was completely at fault there. No one crowded him or bumped him. That is all on Kessel. He also pretty much ran right over Miller.

That was ridiculous. Heaven forbide there is some excitement in a game.

So yapping gets Kaleta 10 mins but Hartnell hits two guys from behind and its all good. This league is maddening.

He's still one of our best defensive forwards. This can hurt if we get into penalty trouble.

From a physicality standpoint maybe not as much, but from a hockey standpoint absolutely it does. Kaleta is a key PKer for us.

Avery suspended for "sloppy seconds," Richards plays in playoff game after multiple runs from behind.

Agreed. He did it accidentally as far as I can tell, but that's irrelevant to the rules.

I don't think he gets out there on the 5-3 situations. Thats usually Pommer or Hecht

"Pominville's leading the team in TOI, even for defenseman..." except he's got a minute less than Leopold.
