I think it's pretty obvious that Hall is the one with the uber knockout that Dana has been fapping about.

This^ They will be lucky to get one serviceable fighter out of this mess. Both guys tonight were donkeys on the ground, and not much better on the feet.

Hester looks to have pretty good striking, IIRC they were saying he used to be a boxer. It shows. If he has a half ways passable ground game, he could turn into something.

I like Hester and Hall, but only Hall is a safe bet.

I'm not a big McDaniel fan. He's in there talking to Mir about how the fight pick could cost him his shot. If I were Mir I'd be like, do you not think you're good enough to beat everyone here? Do you need handpicked matchups to make it all the way to the end? Sure it was a bad pick on Jones' part, but all the talk was growing tiresome. Granted they have to fill the hour, so...

Certainly seems like that would be the case.

I gotta say if I was Bones, I'd be talking to Bubba and the other dude telling them to shut the **** up.

Man calling out their own teammate before the fight completely ruined him mentally imo. I always disagree with fighters picking their own fights, but then to somewhat be that vocal about it is a little disrespectful. Like you guys are jobbers, here for a chance. Don't act like you've made it.

Interested to see how Hall looks next week.

I was hoping Mir was going to tell Bubba to shut his face but he played it diplomatically I guess. There are some serious morons on that team. Calling out a team member publicly is supposed to help him win his fight? Though they made it clear that him winning was only important because it helped them. A-holes.

I agree, I would like to see both those guys go out and beat Luke, it was a bad match up but blame Jones, not the guy who got picked. I hope Bubba and that other dude who made his own list get knocked the **** out.

Finally watched the first two episodes and just finished watching tonight's episode. So far this season has been pretty good.

Uriah Hall is an animal.

I had the pleasure of watching Uriah in the ROC for the past few years. He was a beast there and his only two losses are against top 10 guys in the UFC. I picked him to win this and if his TDD continues to improve, he has a good shot at it.

Been wanting him in the UFC after his last two wins. He'll be there now regardless if he wins this or not.

He's also an incredibly nice guy. I met him twice after fights. Outrageously humble.

Hall's opponent was swinging for the fences for much of the fight, and Hall kept just leaning back out of the way. I was afraid one of those was gonna land flush and that was gonna be it. Hall seems like a real humble guy, but even beyond that, on this show I typically like to see the better fighter win, so I was definitely hoping it was Hall with the KO. As was mentioned, certainly did not disappoint.

THAT WAS INCREDIBLE!

He kinda reminds me of Silva (the versatile stand-up, confidence while fighting and the very good wrestling as well)..of course I'm not saying he is as good, but he reminds me of the dangerous aspects in Anderson's game.

Just that unpredictability. His head movement, the setting up for "fancy stuff"..it just streams confidence and talent that is rarely seen. Really hope he continues on to win this competition.

On another note, respect for Sonnen has grown a lot through these last three episodes. Great coach for sure.

I felt bad for Hall. Guy was practically crying after he realized how bad it was.

Guy had one of the best KOs ever, and felt like crap for it. Shame. Hope he gets passed that.

I think you guys are over-rating how much scouting Dana does himself. Joe Silva does a ton of it, not Dana. If he says he hasn't heard of Hall it is probably true especially because he has no reason to lie.
