If Selanne waives there is absolutely no point to having NTC's. You have to let everything through now

Well, Bergeron's line starts, and they are technically inked in as the first line.

Not really...

It's not like I'm competing as Anaheim and trading him off to a rebuilding team. I've already trade RPG and Fowler, and he's now being traded to the best team in the West.

Also, I would understand if he was never traded in GM games but he's traded in about 80% of them.

Even if anaheim isnt competing Selanne still is Anaheim.

If he wanted to go to a "competing" team IRL he would have done that, but he stayed with ana.

Anaheim can be a competing team IRL, with Getzlaf, Perry, Ryan, etc... It's just that in this game, Anaheim isn't competing, so Selanne was traded to a team that is competing for the cup.

Your argument would have more validity if Selanne didn't waive in many games, but given that Selanne waives and is traded in most games, no reason to complain on him being traded to one of the best teams.

Take a look at the Ducks roster IRL and tell me that's not a team that, without injuries to key players, could be a playoff team. They have one of the best top lines in the NHL in Ryan-Getzlaf-Perry, followed up by a solid bottom 6. Their defense includes serviceable veterans, and Cam Fowler, a top young d-man. Hiller and Viktor Fasth is a solid goaltending tandem. Tell me that's not a team that can make the playoffs.

yes they could be Contending, no doubt with that first line. But last year they havent been so good, and lets say this, i think every team in the NHL wants Selanne. But he stick to Anaheim. His heart is Anaheim.

And i have no clue if he have been traded in every game, it was a while i was in here. In that case its just sad

oh well.
