Phaneuf and Kostka played good again. Scrivens was better than he was in MTL but still not at the level he needs to be. Kessel line was decent but again out performed by Kadri's line. Grabo's line was better then in MTL but still really weak, I think that in the limited ice time the fourth line was given they out played Grabo''s line. The only bad thing of this game was the powerplay, given those chances you need to at least bury one. Better game than I thought lets see what happens Wednesday in Pittsburgh.

Mac needs to be traded... completely useless out there.
Kadri needs more minutes, doesn't matter which line he's on
Kessel needs a centre
Team defence is solid
Scrivens was solid, can't really blame him on both goals.

We really need Gardiner

Cant deny Miller is a beast.

Should have capitalized on that 5v3.

Kadri is really making me eat crow. Really liking what I see from him so far this season.

Leafs need to learn how to beat Miller. No surprise how this game played out.
I liked Scrivens enough to give him another game, but wouldn't be bothered if we see Reimer.

They are coming yeah. These games. These type. And with different goalies we might win some of them.

I like Komarov but he should be on the 4th line , and then Frattin on the 3rd. Kostka should not be on the first pair , although he's been playing good

Starting to get worried that even strength scoring is going to be a problem...
At least tight defense ensures they will be in most games until the end.

As bad as we played Miller stole that.

Kadri and Kessel best forwards. Dion best player overall.

Grabo and Mac starting to get going. Kulie still lost in the woods.

Orr flattened Scott. That was good.

Kadri had almost exactly the same amount of icetime as the Grabo line.

Hopefully Gardiner is back against the Pens....we need him. Fraser isn't here to stay, or I hope not.

I saw a lot of progress in the Leafs team, Miller and those missed PP opportunities really cost you guys. I expect the latter to be fixed when Gardiner is back.

The Buffalo Millers...at least we didn't give him a shut out.

I don't know why he has to show up against us There are 28 other teams in the league.

Against the Flyers he was giving up rebounds nearly every damn shot, against the Leafs? Not one frickin rebound anywhere.

Kadri needs to play a lot more. He deserves it.

Positives:
I liked Phaneuf a lot, Leafs player of the game by a mile
Bozak (did he even lose a draw)
Kadri
Kessel
Lupul

Neutral
Scrivens
Kostka
most of the team

Bad
Grabo line was pretty terrible at creating anything.
