Hahaha, Minnesota Goulash. I love that that dish exists universally in Minnesota but in no way resembles goulash in any other part of the world. I was baffled when I went to Hungary, ordered the signature Hungarian dish, and received soup.
Except I grew up in Iowa...

It probably would not be all that hard to make yourself if you can find a decent recipe online. Its just mixing basic stuff together in a thing that you bake for a while.
Once i get done with class in ~2 hours or so i can find a recipe similar to what my parents and grandparents make, so that i know its good
You're not a Minnesotan if you don't know what Hotdish is. I remember being a little kid and eating the Hotdish my grandma made for my dad and I whenever we went up there to visit. Best freakin' Hotdish ever!

It'd be cool to make it but I believe it'd be hard to find the ingredients. Dunno what it'd be like if I made it tho.
Is there anything more Minnesotan that "tater tot hotdish?"
I really want the Wild to score a TD tonight for Suter. Pred fans seem to think he's the biggest dbag on the earth -- fair enough. I hope the squad has his back tonight.

That happened to my dad when I was younger except it was the opposite (expecting Hungarian Goulash and receiving the Minnesota version). I think I learned a lesson that day.

I think you ruined the game. I was fully prepared for Rinne and Harding. What do I do now?!
Well, I put some money in tulosveto before knowing Mason would get the start. Thankfully I expected Rinne to perform sub-par, so it might mean that I get some cash if Mason performs above his level.
Wild 4 or 5 goals and Nashville 2 goals is my prediction.
Going to the game tonight, interested to see how the team looks coming off that Dallas game.
Don't forget it's magnet schedule day as well.

I'm wondering if some if that will one to play, though rarely does there seem to be legitimate bad blood between the Wild and anyone these days.

I'm going to the game tonight and won't have time to eat beforehand. Knowing this thing exists will be a test of just how much I hate myself.
Oh. My. God. I may wait to get that when I'm there for the final five and the Sharks game so i have enough time to digest or it in the bathroom if things go south.
