Our PP is terrible. Somehow, we shoot less in a "shooting" philosophy than we did in our old finesse system.

Oh I will for sure but it's simple.. gotta shoot more. They'll get the Xs and Os worked out but if they can't change their mindset from finesse to shooting, it won't matter.
