Kings get Ellerby, Isles get Thomas. And now the main boards tell me that Karlsson is better than both Coffey and Bourque and is likely the closest thing we'll see to Orr in our lifetimes.

Thats because a lot of them only started watching the Kings in round 2 of the playoffs when they were playing awesome. Most missed the team that barely made the playoffs.

Justin Schultz with his 4th goal... he's so good offensively...

Probably another one on the PP. I'm not nearly as impressed, considering Edmonton had one of the best PP's in the league last season. He has one even strength point.

Yeah, he's basically a PP specialist. He's a average to below average even strength player right now

I'm not sure I'd go quite that far, as I think he's been pretty good at even strength, but his numbers are definitely misleading. That PP was great before him, and it would be great after him. He's a defenseman, known for his PP prowess, joining what was the 3rd best PP last season. Edmonton hasn't been very good at even strength, and Schultz hasn't been able to change that.

Wingels with a huge dive against Phoenix. sharts were shorthanded, and he felt pressure and ....down he went.

It baffles me how bad Edmonton is at 5-on-5 hockey. How in the world did Oiler fans ever expect their team to be better than Anaheim this season?

Lubo is instantly the second or third best player on the Isles.

Datsyuk gets rocked and next shift puts with Wings up 1-0. That was nice.

This game would be the perfect time for Joe Louis to implode on itself

I love Sunday morning hockey. East coast fans complain about late games, but we west coast fans can hold morning games over their head. I just enjoy sleeping in on Sunday, and waking up to a hockey game(not to say I just woke up), especially when the Kings are losing.

It's funny to hear the NBC crew trying to explain why the Kings and Wings aren't dominating the league right now.

The HUGE cheer when LA scored puts to rest any doubt that Detroit is a bandwagon town.

And that's the only time I'm ever going to be happy about a late Detroit goal......
