And how Feaster still has a job is astounding.
Pretty sure it's too late.

Colorado and Columbus really could have ****ed Calgary over soooooo bad.

CBJ could have made an offer which along with the 1st/3rd would have given the Avs a fair return, while CBJ got ROR for below market value. And Calgary would have gotten a new GM, so I guess its win-win-win.

What a ridiculous contract. We just came out of a lock out, and just like Vanek/Penner, another desperate GM trying to save his own sorry ass dumps a hand grenade in the lap of another team and ****s up RFA benchmarks AGAIN. ****ing Feaster.

Reading the advanced stats arguments in that Boudreau thread makes my education hurt. I keep thinking, "who taught you math?"

Pretty sure Lucic and Chara are each the result of chimp/human hybridization experiments.

Alfie gets a 5 and a game for cross-checking Rinaldo in the head.

Pity poor Alfie

Couldn't he find a puck to shoot at him?

Just saw the Alfredsson replay and I didn't have a problem with it. Rinaldo's a puke and had just put a nasty hit on a senator. Alfredsson got him high and raked him, but it wasn't Suter on Kariya or anything.

Montreal ties the game at the end of the 2nd, with less than a second left. Crowd going crazy like they tied it at the end of the 3rd.

Love to watch this game on GCL, but the Penguins are on national tv for damn near every game they play.

A Kings game that's actually sort of entertaining to watch.

This Kings game isn't terrible. Was there a trade?

The Canucks probably have something to do with the entertainment factor. As much as I dislike them they're one of the more entertaining teams in the West.

But yeah pretty amazing that they're actually getting the Kings to play hockey.

I'm no fan of the Sedins, but they are phenomenal. They just had a shift where they stick-handled through every King on the ice at least once.

And that is why they're losing.

Reading about the Sharks recently is eerily similar to reading about the Ducks in recent years...

Kings lost, We're 9 up in the division with 1 in hand on 2nd place PHX, 2 wins vs them this week would really put us in amazing position to win the division

While I wasn't around here, a lot of what is being written about us in the media right now was also being written about the '07 team.

I didn't realise how few points Gomez has until tonight. Glad we didn't pick him up.

I find it very interesting how Nashville has drafted so many good defencemen, but really hasn't had the same results with forwards.

Philadelphia has it the other way around, though they did draft Sbisa. But other than that, almost all forwards.
