Could you imagine if that last one would have gone in.. 2 goals in the last second of the first and 2nd period, that would have been AWESOME

I think Roy is the odd man out.

Dude that second line is so boss. I have no idea what you do when Benn's back. Eakin needs to stay with Whitney and Ryder.

I'd keep the 4. Better to have them than go through center troubles all over again.

Razor's comment of "Leaning on the big finn and then came with a splurge" really doesn't help me not get teased when my gf hears it. She ribs me enough as it is when she hears him say "so and so bangs him in the corner".

Thanks Razor.

Yeah Roy is clearly just a placeholder until Faksa is ready. As of right now though I would throw Roy on the 3rd when Benn comes back.

And it would be nice to give Faksa some time to grow in the AHL or with less pressure on the 4th line rather than giving him a ton of responsibility right away.

Um, it's just as much of an "if" as it is a "when" for Faksa.

Think my prediction of him never being more than a #3 center is looking truer and truer (if he turns out at all). Not because that's the best he'll be, but simply because of depth.

Let's get Roy re-signed first, though. Not gonna pencil him into future line-ups until that happens.

Man I have no idea what would be idea with Benn back. Cody Eakin is CLEARLY a second line center with these guys around him.

Do you break the mold and go for the top 3 lines as all scoring threats? Nystrom-Eakin-Smith?

I think Roy should definitely stay up top since he's a great defensive help as well as a threat in the offensive zone.

Benn - Roy - Eakin - Faska or Benn - Roy - Faska - Eakin

What?

He's been great so far, just can't seem to get any production. Starting to think anyone would look great in between Eriksson and Jagr, though.

I don't know that I agree with the 3rd line prediction. The kid is big and he gets back to help on D. He's got #2 written all over him.

Oh well, it'll be a couple of years before we see him anyways.

If the Rangers offered Lundqvist straight up for Lehtonen, I would not take it.

Faska is at least 2 years away, and needs to be developed properly to tap his offensive potential. Not worried about it.

More worried about Eakin's placement in this lineup. Gully better not put him on the 4th line again.
