This is a pretty big game. After this game the season will be approaching the 10% mark of completion. Really need to get 2 here and establish home ice advantage. We had a rough go in Canada. Lets turn it around at home.
We win and we're at .500. That's all we need to stay around until we get healthy and then we can raise expectations.
Not having a full training camp and preseason has hurt this team and others. The Rangers, my pick to win it all, finally won their first game of the season and they're completely healthy.
I think it's okay to be concerned but like you said, we can turn things around quickly at home and keep a shot at the playoffs in sight.

The Panthers will have to come out flying. No more slow 1st periods, which they've had over the last two games and seems to set the tone for the remainder of them. Guys from the top two lines need to step it up. Anderson is possible to be solved.
They just have to find a way to do it and throw him off his game early. Theo's going to have to have another outstanding game. I can't blame him for the loss on Monday, but who knows how well the defense will show up.
On another note, I'm not sure why Dineen is scratching Strachan again. I know Jovo is back in the lineup, but with Ellerby making some mistakes in the last two games, why not have him sit instead?
