Ya, it's pretty rough. The campaigns know they can just work you to death and then dump you and move on to the next intern.

Any pointers from some of the vets would be appreciated. I want to be the Bergeron to your LaPointe (minus the sleeping on your couch part)

He has my sympathy. I'm a retired GS-11..........plus a retired MSgt. Liked the MSgt job better even though it ment family separations. Tell him, "Good luck."" from me. Especially if it's DCMA he's going to.

Actually how do you pick mods? Is it from a list of volunteers? Is there a specific amount you "prefer" to have etc?

Send an email to
moderators@hfboards.com with your interest and which board you want to mod etc. and when we have another opening, we will review the applications.
