The Ducks are wearing the Mighty Ducks jerseys next Sunday and I'm definitely getting one. The question is who do I get? I'm planning on getting one of somebody who's on the current roster.

Wow, is it proper to wear a game worn or will you frame it?

I never wear mine - especially for the CCM's. I spent way too much on them to have some idiot spill something on them, plus many of mine are 20 - 25 years old and are not replaceable to the level of customizations, wear, fight abuse, etc. that most of mine have - just not worth the risk, but to each his own...........

When you have jerseys such that you are talking about then thats understandable but to spend 5-6 hundred even a grand on a shirt to not wear it and enjoy it I think is kind of pointless. . But when you talking about jerseys that are worth thousands and are 20 something years old youd be crazy to wear that to a game.

My Schneider jersey from sportsk.com got here today. Very good quality. I have a Henrique, Toews, and a Zajac UND from them as well.

The Reebok Edge version of the Mighty Ducks jersey on an awkward reporter. They're gonna look nice in action again.

Teemu is probably the safest choice. Getzlaf/Perry would look weird since they never (outside of the 2003 Draft) wore it previously. It's funny how I disliked that jersey back in the day, but now it's increased in sentimental value. Although I never liked the eggplant. Always thought it would have looked nicer with some shade of blue.

I'll probably get a Schneider jersey if/when he signs an extension. Got a phone call yesterday and my customized Stevens (with 2000 Cup patch and nhl2000 patch) got shipped.

I just found a Kariya Mighty Ducks jersey for $140. I really wanna buy it but I just dropped money on that Schneider.

The struggle is so real. #FirstWorldProblems

Au contraire. Perry played 56 games as a Mighty Duck in 05-06.

I have a Kariya I got in the mid-late 90's.

And Dorholt has done it again! FANTASTIC Job on my Hurricane Sandy Charity Game jersey.

Ah, my bad. For some reason I thought they had switched jerseys (and dropped the "Mighty") coming out of the lockout. Might have gotten it mixed up with those black thirds that they used to have.

My buddy was working for the Ducks back then. I sent him an article with some alleged leaks for their new jersey design. He wouldn't confirm nor deny, but mentioned that somebody was probably gonna get yelled at.

Just got my jerseys (Home and Christmas) from Dorholt. He changed my #17 to Ryder and did a fantastic job. My friend picked them up for me, since he lives in the same city and told me that he is very swamped with kovy and parise jerseys. Just be patient if you are waiting for a jersey.

I can't recommend Dorholt enough. And the customer service is fantastic. E-Mail response is stellar. Just all around great guy.

Belated Xmas present for myself. I got the blank Pro Player jersey last year, but only got around to customizing it last month. Had to fight the urge to get Arnott since that was the jersey I intended to get in 2002 when I graduated college.

I've told the story a million times, but it never gets old for me. Circa 1999, I hit a rough patch with school. I wasn't trying very hard and was barely getting by. In Spring 2000, I manned up and got my act together. Simultaneously the Devils did the same during those playoffs. So aside from being my favorite incarnation of the Devils to watch, that team also reminded me of a turning point in my life. Hence why I really wanted to get the other patches as well.

That's a beautiful jersey and a great story.

Thanks guys!
Things are starting to level off a bit! The response for swapping Kovy and Parise nameplates has been great. Its a simple fix and again, much MUCH cheaper than scrapping the jersey out of spite! A lot of people have been going with RYDER, and a few have gone to HENRIQUE by stripping the 7 from the 17 and putting the 4 in its place. The beauty part is, I don't have to remove all the numbers. The 4 stays centered where the 7 was.

Im glad to help make a red headed step child of a jersey into something respectable!

If anybody here is into collecting this sort of thing, this summer the Saint John Sea Dogs held an alumni game and are now auctioning off the jerseys. It's a jersey made especially for the alumni game. Of course, Eric Gelinas attended and his game-worn, signed jersey is available. Not my thing, but maybe somebody here would be interested. And it's for charity. Presently no bids, starting bid is $250 CDN.

Can anyone tell me if Randy McKay had an 'A' on his jersey in the 95 finals?

Off the top of my head, the A's that year were Bruce Driver and John MacLean. McKay had the A for 2000 I believe.

I believe this is a pic of McKay from the 95 Finals:
