I'm one of those guys who goes to the gym, does his business and get out. I hate people who stand around and socialize. Like.. The gym is not the place for that.

Then they give you the stink eye when you ask if you can work in with them. I don't have all day and I want to finish up.

Unless the person trying to talk to you is an attractive female

I finally got back into the gym today, trying to ease my way back. I'll try to go at least 6 out of 7 days this week, I just love the satisfying feeling. The shower post-workout is heavenly too.

DD, I'm going to use this in the game tonight if someone makes another 'Why are so many people posting?' remark

Giuseppe, the one with the Rock? Yeah he's big in that.

I laughed way too hard when I first heard that joke.

Edit: funny watching the guy in the purple shirt in Hurt's gif. Looks like he is doing that swim dance move thing since it's in reverse

Ya I like Metric.

Watched one of their concerts the other day.

So I think I just got Landeskog for Bobrovsky in my keeper league.

NOT a steal or anything but I am happy.

Maybe Bob will make me look stupid for saying this, but I'd say that's a steal for sure. Landeskog is an awesome fantasy player.

3 days a week is my limit, plus its perfect for my body type anyways.

I do compound exercises like deadlifts, squats, pull ups, dips, bench, bent over rows, shoulder presses. None of that isolated ****. It's better for you anyways doing free weights lifts. You also cant forget your bodyweights exercises, they are so good for your stability and for if you are not trained to prep your body for the weight.

Good, we won both our matches.. Both 2 games to 0 (each match is best out of 3)

I was beginning to think all you do is eat pizza, drink pop and watch anime

You didn't seem like work out type to me.

I can never stay motivated to workout. I'm trying to eat healthier though.

YA but in my keeper goalies are super valuable.

5 goalie cats and 8 skater cats.
BUt it is roto.

I like that style.

A starting goalie on a losing team is worth an elite skater.

I got Lundqvist maybe an entire blow-up rebuild is in order?

NO.

We are only allowed to keep 10 players, so tonnes of good skaters are available each year.

Makes the draft fun.

I've been trying to cut down on all the junk food I eat and drink more water/juice/milk instead of pop. It will take a while because In highschool all I ate was ****ing junk food. It was so bad for me.

Volleyball is sweet, especially co-ed

I usually go all out with the dives and sprawls and do whatever I can to hit the ball it's a rec league so kicking isn't frowned up too
