Were playing with some.... pugnacity!

Did anyone notice during last nights game the extra mean we have in our game this year? Bozak, checking everything in site and going up to penguin and talking smack to him. I never saw him do that last year, like at all! Phaneuf, twice last night was being a major ***** (and I loved it). First did anyone notice him twirling his stick right near Malkins hand, and it kept hitting him and Dion was chirping him to. He was all over Crosby during the game. He was verbally feeding him all night long, and throwing him of his game. Komarov and Brown using their bodies and chirping whenever they can get the chance. I don't how Randy turned this team exactly around, but I love it!

Crosby got superpissed at Grabovski because he was cheating all night in the face off circle. It was hilarious.

Seemed like we were getting thrown out of the faceoff circle every 3 minutes

They were definitely showing a tenacious side I haven't seen in awhile. It was honestly a relief seeing these guys back check and make the Pens cough up the puck.

Beautiful thing when a team buys in/respects the head coach. We outskated the pens, loved watching over rated Letang getting walked around all night. A constant forecheck with some nice additions to the team. Komorov and Kadri really impressing. I wanted Kadri out, thankfully the powers to be didn't, he's rounded into a very nice player.

I've said it before Colton Orr plays a huge role on this team. Yes, he can't skate well and isn't effective BUT he makes all the other players taller.

Two years ago with Orr we had epic battles with Boston and him punching out Lucic. Last year was a joke. they didn't even show up.

This team needs to find a couple more tough players that can play and it will help even more. Guys like Biggs, Broll, Ross, etc. will be interesting additions.

I just want to whoop Boston's ass so bad.

Want Orr to take out Lucic.

Kessel to outscore Seguin.

Gardiner to walk around Hamilton (soon will be Rielly walking around Hamilton).

Phaneuf...damn this is a long shot but...Phaneuf outplaying Chara.

Grabo to "out-heart" Bergeron.

Komorov to out pest Marchand.

Reimer or Scrivy putting on a better performance thatn Tuukka.

Just give me that sweet joy.

This team is better then given credit for. With a good coach and some luck they in the playoffs, so long as the tenders don't collapse.

While he is all of these things, he is still the biggest whiner in hockey.

Still, nice to see some truculence on this team. Even Kessel has bought in.
