Most definitely, but he needs to stop scoring OT goals. We got two guys we want to break the damn thing. Like the Ducks tonight. They have gotten themselves into a real nice roll out west.

The Ducks have been under siege since puck drop. They cannot get their **** together in the slightest. This is hard to watch.

Just gave up a 3 on 1 on the PP....

Edit: Ducks now putting on a "hush, manila" shift.

Why did they take out Hiller? I personally don't like the guy at all, but neither goal was his fault. I could see if they were down 3-0, but just 2-0? Must be like when Pete took out Marty that time after just one period.

I have a funny timeline with Jagr.

Respected the heck out of him when he was a beast with Pittsburgh.
Hated him when he was disinterested in Washington.
Hated him with the Rangers, because duh.
Grew to love him when he came back with the Flyers. I thought it was hilarious how he trolled Pitts by signing with Philly. He seemed like he was having a great time with the Flyers and was relishing being a bit of a villain.

I think that's what happened. It makes sense cause he looked uncomfortable at one in the 1st, and they were talking about it.

It doesn't seem like the Stars have gotten more than a couple shots since they put in this other goaltender to start the 2nd period.

The Ducks flubbed a power play opportunity midway through the 2nd, then put a hell of a shift on.

Think: the shift against the Isles where Tallinder scored, except no goals.

Since then, the Ducks have taken total control of this game and haven't looked back.

They out shot the Stars like 16-5 something like that in the 2nd. Momentum killer here though. Back to back penalties. Ugh this feed I am watching stinks, but it is more this slow ass connection I am working with right now.

That segment right there is a good visual of why passive, collapsing defense is just... such a bad idea.

You wind up giving good players way too much room and too much time to make decisions.

Apparently that was the Duck's makeshift 4th line. That was a real ugly sequence for them. Made that way to easy. They had all the momentum too, think after killing two penalties they would rise to the occasion. Life out west I guess, though shocking for a game out there NOT to go to OT.

Similar breakdowns led to the 1st two goals, as well, though.
Granted they were PP goals, but all equally ugly.
