Cooking

Thirty minutes at three hundred degrees is equal to fifteen minutes at six hundred degrees, right?

Try 1 minute at 9000 degrees. Works good

Are you sure? It's the same number of, like, degree-minutes, or something. You know?

The math is the equal, but that's math. You're cooking.

Math is equal, ergo cook is equal.

That can't be right. If I use fewer minutes but more degrees, then the same amount of heat is used.

I prefer 9000 minutes at 1 degree.

Yes, but the way that amount of heat is applied is very different. That, and the material of the food will affect how it reacts to higher heat and lower heat. Depends on what you want to do with it, as well - e.g. cooked well? seared? dried out?

Frankly, if you aren't sure, follow what the instructions say. Then mess around with it later when you know more.

I agree with windflare, he makes the best chicken wings at BBQs. No homo.

Just as 15,000 crappy posts are equal to 500 good ones, right?

The math is not equal though. 2x 350 degrees F is about 1160 degrees F.
