Thank you. Finally something. Good play by all 3 forwards there.

Tangradi helped that play but come on. Malkin's ridiculous pass is what created that goal. Let's not go full Eric Tangradi homer mode now.

Malkin's post-goal conference with Neal looked like what i imagine a liberal Edwardian-era patriarch would look like as he acquiesced to his daughter and wife joining the suffrage movement.

I feel like the only thing missing from this team is a trigger man for Sid. Get that, never lose another game.

but nobody's doing that. this play was probably the first positive thing Tangradi did since last season (or maybe even the season before that).

Tangradi is a lot of the reason for that pass being possible.

I dunno...I think that play really needed Kennedy stealing the pass and chest sniping it.

The second unit has had more offensive zone time on the PP than the first. Awkward.

Eric Tangradi did a good job. He deserves to be complimented. He did exactly what a linemate of Malkin and Neal needs to do. He was even ready for the rebound. Let's give him a pat on the back. There is no I in team, and he didn't do all of the work by any means. But he was a good teammate there.

PS: Malkin made an amazing pass and if it is was anyone other than Tangradi who drove the net, that would be the main subject of discussion.
