who was cheering? It was a great job by Z rubbing his guy out along the boards. Patches got hurt...**** happens when you are skating at a high velocity and are then suddenly impacted by a giant.

I think the Hunter hit (which I hadn't seen) is really bad. I can't imagine what the Shanahan video would be on that hit.

My vote was going to be Bertuzzi's hit, but Hunters makes Bertuzzi's look like an accident.

A lot of the ones others are choosing are borderline that resulted in a horrible injury. Brown meant to do damage there, and did.

Paul Kariya. He got nailed by I think it was Gary Suter before the Olympics. There was all this stuff about it being intentional to prevent him from playing, etc.

Regardless, classless hit/cheap shot.
