Doesn't Kundratek have to be sent back down to Hershey after 5 games are remain on the NHL roster the rest of the year? Thought I read that somewhere.

Nope. Junior players can't see more than 5 games of regular season NHL action (this year) before it burns a year off of their contract. That has no impact on AHL/ECHL players.

Let me rephrase my question then, how long does Kundratek stay up this year?
Don't wanna speak too soon, but Caps actually look like they give a carp and they are looking positionally more confident. Defense is cycling (except they still give point shots too much room) and they are trying to finish their checks.
