The referees are not the reason we've been outscored 7-0 over the past 5 periods. We lose every battle, we can't make a pass, we run around like headless chickens, and essentially get dominated in every single situation.
Nope our crappy team is... outside of about 5-6 players this team is just awful right now.
Would love to make the playoffs this year but with possibly three important players missing time and fairly weak defence I don't expect it. With that said, it's a short year and we could be highly rewarded...

I wish we could just sweep the front office out, but the most depressing thought in the world, is that this is Pierre Lacroix's team. He will never give it up and Young Eno$ doesn't have the balls or the brain to stand up to him.
This season, and the next, and the foreseeable future, are going to be painfully mediocre. They'd rather save a few million instead of icing a proper team with REAL defensemen and our best player from the most previous season, not these traffic cones in Avs jerseys.

I'm not convinced we're icing an NHL hockey team these past two games.
This has been the most demoralizing five periods of hockey I've watched in quite some time. Literally have not even gotten a legitimate scoring chance.
One things for sure, the Avs need defence capable of making an outlet pass and getting the puck moving in the other direction. I feel bad for Duchene, the guy wants to win so badly but he literally never gets opportunities, they are always hemmed in their own zone.
I don't think anyone has blamed the refs for this. It's quite obvious we're playing like a pile of poop.
But I also think complaining about phantom calls is totally in line.
