Tlusty - Staal - Semin
Skinner - Staal - Dalpe
Bowman - Jokinen - Larose
Westgarth - Brent - Dwyer
Pitkanen - McBain
Gleason - Corvo
Harrison - Sanguinetti
Ward
Ellis
(Those defensive pairings are an educated guess with Faulk out)

According to Mike Smith, the pairings in practice were:
Pitkanen - McBain
Gleason - Sanguinetti
Harrison - Corvo
Presumably they'll go with that tonight, but I wouldn't be surprise to see changes early and often.

Although with Faulk out I'm not quite as optimistic about tonight as I would be if he were playing.

Since Corvo will be in the lineup tonight, maybe he will decide to have a good game, at least on the score-sheet. He seems to play well against his former teams. I remember him having good games against Ottawa and Washington in the past. I'm pretty sure I remember him playing like total crap against us last season though
.

I think it's a given Dougie will get his first goal tonight. And Seguin probably pots a few himself. This defense is going to be atrocious and we will need Cam to save us on several breakaways.

Then when Ward gives up 4 goals on 49 shots, he'll somehow be blamed for the loss, despite the Canes putting up a grand total of 15 shots on goal and going 0-for-7 on the PP.

The one trend that needs to continue is shots on goal. Barely sub 40 is ridiculous and has to wear on the opposing goalie and defense at some point. Plus it keeps the puck out our zone during these chances.

Something I have noticed browsing other teams GDTs this season: Semin is seen as a thorn in the other teams side, much like he was when playing against us. Glad we have him on our side now

I guess Cam Ward doesn't have to waste his time with Tuukka Rask tonight.

FSC is blacked out, get to listen to Jack. YES!
Jack and Tripp should really team up.

It's on NHL Network, if you're talking about Gamecenter Jack will be blacked out as well.

I'd throw up while in the process of pressing the mute button. That would be absolutely awful.

Ugh, hopefully NHL Network will use the Carolina feed. Don't want to be forced to listen to Edwards.

NHL Network would also be blacked out in my area due to NESN. Even with Center Ice, when we play Boston I have to watch on NESN (unless its on NBCSN like last year).
