“CANADA‘S TEAM”

- UPCOMING GAMES SCHEDULE -

NOTE : Regarding LARGE SIZE IMAGES / YELLOW RE-SIZE IMAGE BARS ABOVE PICS, let me offer up one nice little suggestion ...
This will get rid of those pesky yellow resize bars over the top of some larger pictures ... as they annoy the hell out of me and maybe they do you also ?
- Go into/click on your "USER CP" {control Panel} up top left in the red bars
- on the left under 'Settings & Options' click on "Edit Options"
- scroll down to 'Thread Display Options', and then 'Please Select the Resize Mode'
- click on the 'Drop Down List Box' over on the Right of 'Please Select the Resize Mode'
- select it to "KEEP ORIGINAL SIZE"
- SAVE your selections !
There ... now don't that look MUCH BETTER

Still a bit under the weather ... just getting it up so the CANUCKS FANS can steal my GDT template without asking and not give me any credit ... anyways, I'll edit it more tomorrow, so don't freak out if something is still from the WCSF's cough sniffle cough

It will be hard one. I am sure Nucks didn't forget what happened to them at last play offs. Lot's of hitting from them, well nothing new. They have tried against SJ tonight and failed. Let them fail again

I'd love to see our power play finally materialize today, instead of endless passing. We're also going to have to create better chances 5 on 5 since we won't be shooting on Labarbara.

I just checked out their GDT. Did they really steal your template? Sure looks like it. Not that it's illegal, but that's messed up.

Bernier

Ranger fan but Bernier dynasty owner here with a question for y'all: With no B2B's until well into February, any chance Sutter throws Bernier a bone and gives him some love tonight and it is he between the pipes or do they continue to roll with Quick and try and get a winning streak together? Thoughts?

I think Quick starts. Sutter likes to play his #1 goalie, and as you said, I think they want to string some wins together. Looking at the schedule, my guess would be that Bernier maybe gets the starts against CBJ early next month, or one of the back-to-backs. But that's just me guessing, I really have no clue

Edit: I think he's played good against the preds, so he might get to start that game.

Thanks for the reply. When I saw Bernier had shut out the 'Yotes last year in his only start vs them as I recall, I thought possibly he might have gotten the nod the other night. But yeah, your logic sounds right as it's not like the schedule so far has been so jam packed that Quick needs a blow just yet. Nice luxury you guys got haveing a Bernier as your backup. He probably could easily start for 10 teams off the top of my head and maybe more. Good luck to you guys this year.

Watching Vancouver lose to San Jose last night, the commentators (SJ feed) indicated that the Canuck's plan is to start Luongo tonight.

Take that for what it is worth...

Looks like the guy who started the Canucks GDT thread has about as much creativity as the Kings power play. You know what they say about imitation.

Puck, ya got Slava and Alec dressed as #27 in the line combos. Doh, was reading the GDT first then saw your second post about you still being sick. Sorry about that. hope you feel better soon. Let's hope a Kings win will make you feel better!

It's a back to back. Both goalies play in a back to back situation.
