Seems to have picked up. That shift with our 4th line looked slow as molasses.

Are the Jets getting their mojo a bit here? Evander is really becoming a game changer. He really elevated our compete level on that last shift.

Let's go Jets, time to put it into gear here and take over this game physically and on the scoresheet. Bit of a 'meh' start, hope we start playing our game after getting the game tied. Kinda looks like we're coming to life here.

I blame it on Montreal's poutine. And Molson Export.

Now we've started hitting. And guess what, we're actually putting some pressure on them because of it. Funny how that works.

Both him and Burmi tend to add a bit of energy any time we're down. Throwing bodies and some shots at the net whenever we're looking a little lethargic.

5 minutes into the second period and I'm already having trouble staying seated on my couch.

I'm glad pavelec has a relatively decent cap hit. His net vision needs improvement.

I'd like to see the Jets pepper price with the more shots

I know your kidding, but you need both those types of players to be successful. People will always focus on the high energy player skating around with little positioning hitting and attacking, but without the smart positional player the Kane chicken with a head cut off type becomes a weakness. Jokinen is playing that role on the Kane line and being very effective in that role, allowing Kane to get the credit with his high energy style.
