Haha, on the last sentence. It's true, the Jets are much bigger, but Montreal has had some more jam this year too, not pushovers, but still smaller than the Jets.

I think this game is hard to predict myself, just hoping it's a good one, enjoy Jets fans!

Sweet user name too.

Have only watched a few Habs games this year, but I did notice they play a more physical brand of hockey than last year. I'm really looking forward to seeing Emelin and some of the Jets forwards go at it, I'd imagine Therrien will probably try and match him and Markov vs. Kane-Jokinen-Wheeler as much as possible.

Cheers, looking forward to a good one.

Take it with a grain of salt, but Jets' competition level does seem tougher if you ignore sh%/sv%...
Also, MTL has been over scoring and Jets have been under scoring... relative to team shooting percentages....

Jets win 3-2.

looking forward to what should be an awesome game for both teams
Oh, I definitely don't underestimate Emelin. Markov-Emelin is a very balanced pairing. Markov is still one of the best offensive defensemen in the league - if his play early this season is any indication, he doesn't look like he missed a beat while barely playing the last couple years. And I think Emelin is pretty well known even outside of Montreal for throwing some punishing hits. I'm fairly certain we'll see some animosity between Kane and Emelin by the end of the night.

It's pretty simple...

If we get up and at them the way we have shown we can get up and at them, we will be fine. If we don't get up and at them the way we have shown we can get up and at them, we will likely not be fine.

Pacioretty is 6"2 200+
Cole is 6"2 200+
Galchenyuk is 6"2 200+
Eller is 6"2 202
Armstrong is 6"2 195
Prust is 6"0 190+
White is 6"0 200+

Rude awakening if you think that team is small upfront now... Gionta at 5'7 and Gallagher at 5"8 are small, but both of these guys aren't afraid of anything.

Desharnais is soft as **** tho, but its one forward on the team. Plekanec isn't physical either but at 5"11 196lbs, its not like he is that undersized.
Max p is out. Galcheyuk is 6'0.5.

The jets smallest forward is Wellwood at 5'10, then Little at 5'11 then Slater and Burmi at 6'0.

Then Kane at 6'2. Our fifth smallest forward is as large as your biggest.

All the other seven forwards are 6'3 or larger with Antro and Wheeler being 6'6 and 6'5

The books were legendary. I loved the 1st movie but it could've been so much better had they stayed closer to the story Crichton did.

Love the way the Jets are playing right now. Last week's two road games were night and day from their road performances last year. Looking forward to the next three games to see if Jets can establish a good lead in the standings. Season will be over 16% complete after this road trip!

It's true.

I know they're making a 4th movie, but I'd like to see them start over again and do it closer to Crichton's.

Plus the Spinosaurus beating the T. Rex is complete BS in #3.

...Which is why we'll win tonight.

Hmm, I almost always have read or will read the book if a movie is based on one, but I haven't read the Jurassic Park books. I know I like Crichton's books, I guess I should get on that!

I still have full confidence in the Jets tonight, I think we'll win this 5-2.
