Very good point by the broadcast on why Anderson may have been called up. He played with Josefson alot in Albany during the lockout

If a player has control of the puck, he can enter it the offensive zone before it.

Poke was pucked away from him once he entered the zone. So after the poke, he was offsides without possession of the puck, therefore when he brings it over, it's offsides.
