OK, so this is CRYSTAL clear: please do not extend 1-year offers in season. The same rules apply in-season as in the offseason. There was some confusion, and if people made offers in good faith that were accepted, we will allow them to go without penalty next offseason (however, any play signed to a 1-year deal may still be subject to "waivers" this season, at our discretion). Anyone extending an offer larger than the ask will still be punished with restrictions next year.
By my count, the Huberdeau-Hall has received 15 affirmative votes, and will thus be approved in game.

Reasoning: "we both feel we will have more balanced attacks by dealing from a position of strength to fill a weakness.
I get some much needed speed, while he gets the type of dynamic offensive force he was hoping to sign in Malkin. Good trade."
"Good trade for both sides, it is more of a preference deal, but there are some finer points.
I already have a lot of Speed in EDM, so Hall was expendable, Huberdeau will be a great replacement and Upshall was a pure salary dump by Florida.
Overall it was a good trade for both sides."
YAY : 15
