I'm not worried until I hear enough reasons to be worried.

With Zibanejad and DaCosta and Turris as stud centers, I seriously think its time to trade Spezza.

The lack of info so far is worrisome.

If he's out for an extended period I'm down for getting Ryan O'Rielly outta Colorado.

We could send them the new OEL in Vikstrand.

Relax. Lateral move at best and if anything, Vikstrand is a more sexier name, no homo.

I second that, even if Spezza returns having Spezz, Turris, ROR, Regin. Our center depth would look unreal.

If his back keeps him out of more than a handful of games this season is over.

*assuming long term Spezza injury*
I'd be fine with letting Zibby and even DaCosta get some solid ice time to see what they can do. If that fails after several games, look for a short-term, cheap, veteran stop gap at C. Put a huge load on Turris and see what happens.
We're still technically in "year two of a three year rebuild" so no time like the present to let our prospects get some injury replacement/quality ice time.

Flying somewhere to see a specialist?
I'll say 6-8 weeks.

Add Gonchar to the injury list, he has a lower body injury and won't play tonight.
