As far as jumping Lucic or anybody else Scott said, “Unless something really bad happens, I’m not going to do that, my role is just make sure nothing happens. The best game for me is when I don’t fight, we’re up 2-0 or 3-0 and nothing’s happening. It’s the games where I have to go out there and do something is where I make my paycheck, settle things down and we’ll see if that happens tonight, if it doesn’t that’s fantastic, if it does, I’ll answer the bell.”

Scott just doesn't seem to have the heart for this gig. I like him. Seems like a great guy, but if he doesn't fight someone tonight, he may never get into the lineup again..

Haven't been this excited for a regular season game since the Canucks rematch and that one was good, and the Pens Cooke rematch before that and that was awful.

I was in Mexico for the "revenge" game. I was LIVID that I was going to miss it.

He doesn't seem so great after reading this:

I ****ing hate that the cap is going down. I'm glad the players fought to at least raise it a few million. We are still going to have to say goodbye to at least two key contributors to the Cup winning squad at seasons end.

The Bruins would be 100% fine if the cap stayed in the 70's.

I got tickets to it when I just expected it to be a good game to go to. When it came around, I was SOOOOO excited for it. Ended up being such a huge letdown. You probably enjoyed Mexico more.

Kaleta spent the night in the hospital with a neck injury after being boarded by Mike Brown Tuesday night. Besides, I think he'd prefer to be in this game where he can run around and stir up ****.

you sure about that? as of now, we have about $7 mill in space next year with Ference, Tuukka, and Horton as FA's and that's not including the $4 mill we will save placing Savard on LTIR.

$11 mill in space to resign those 3 players, a backup goalie, and a 7th d-man. It's doable if the players aren't trying to get every dollar

Just saw that MacDermid is on the 4th and Paille moved up to the 3rd... ABOUT ****ING TIME.

The whole 3rd line is struggling, and Bourque isn't anything special. I'm not so down on him as a lot of you are, but he's nothing more than unspectacular. Kelly and/or Peverley sure as hell aren't going to be scratched, either. Paille has played well this season, he deserves the promotion and maybe some added speed on that line will start some chances. Bourque was a plug on that line. He's a good AHL player, I suggest we leave him where his strengths are. He can help Providence make the playoffs, and maybe win a few rounds. For guys like Spooner and Knight (whenever he comes back,) that's pretty important. He can sure as hell help this organization, probably not in the way he wants, but the experiment is over and I'm glad they're calling it quits.

Pumped to see Lane in the lineup. He's a great player and he'll be a terrific 4th liner for a looong time here.

On an unrelated note, I just saw the sloth was traded to Florida where he will retire very slowly in a couple years due to lack of play.

I don't think they all fit for 11m. They will have another forward on the roster be it Spooner, Knight or a FA. I went to cap geek and it doesn't seem promising.
