I like the way they said, Coach J gave Bourque the healthy scratch so he can gain some confidence, and put in Lane MacDermid; so he can finally see some action to gain some confidence lol. Or something like that lol

Coach I think you did the right thing.. It could get Ruff out there tonight! And adding Lane 4 tonight's mach up is smart. GO BRUINS GO!!

"That's a moral victory for Cammalleri!"

Only in Habsland is getting beat up by David Krejci a "moral victory."

whoa did not expect CJ to do this.

Well at least this ups the chance of a tussle or two or five...

Is there a way to find out in advance the Refs for an upcoming game? Example like our game tonight between the Bruins Vs Sabres?

I read the Buffalo board and they don't sound very confident. One poster said "Poke the bear". I replied I would advise not to ...Check with the Nucks to see how that turned out for them.

The B's need to take all teams seriously and play 60 min.

Terrible. I don't like the idea of pallie on the 3rd line.

Paille will add some speed and some hard work ethic to a line that has been sluggish

Where is everyone that said the Bruins would never alter their lineup when the Sabres came to town?

If our boys get all worked up for a fight and Buffalo won't throw down, then I certainly hope that they don't start making dumb mistakes and lose the game because they let themselves get too carried away expecting a fight that never happens.

If Buffalo comes looking for a fight, so be it. But if they aren't willing to engage then beat 'em on the scoreboard.

Claude needs to set the tone by sending Lucic - Thornton - MacDermid and Chara - McQuaid out there for the opening shift.

Well we know we have to score 2 to win since Vanek always scores against us.

Don't want Lucic and Chara involved in this at all. We're the best in the East right now because our physical guys and fighters can play the game. Buffalo and Toronto are garbage because they load up on plugs who can't play.

Set the tone by turning down their ankle benders and turn Miller into a puddle.

MacD-Campbell-Thorts Johnson-Ference would handle things just fine.

Look at the Sabres centre depth, they have done. Sabres still got the better player IMO and really a position of need for them.

I believe our team is getting ready for a hockey game against the Buffalo Sabres. Nothing more nothing less. If anything It's the Sabres who have all the drama and anxiety coming into this game. Look at their additions to their roster this past season all in order to counter our physicality..

Our team is built on discipline and hard work thanks to Coach J and you can credit our Captain Chara also with that. I think the move to use Lane Macdermid is perfect for this game, as Bourque needs to maybe gather himself some and see the action from the stands. Maybe that will give him some extra incentive so when he does dress up again. And that pretty much is the same for Macdermid who has been a healthy scratch and needs to see some action. And playing Buffalo is the perfect match up, or team to play his first game against.

That "tough guy" Krejci comment makes me laugh every time.

I think having Bourque sit in favor of MacDermid is a wise move and I can't help but think it might do Bourque some good to watch a little.

someone refresh my memory. But is this the first time Thornton & Scott will be on the ice since Scott's comments about
Kicking the **** out of thornton after the blackhawks game where shawn got sliced by a blade on his forehead?

Omg more drama
