Devils duo. Not because either player amazes me but because I firmly believe Schenn is and will be the worst of the bunch and having a d and forward is more balanced then two forwards. If it was two forwards against two forwards it might be close depending on that player. As far as who's best now
As for Where I think they'll end up:
Future wise I see it as somewhat close but Larsson being the only d wins it. As for the present it's not close.
If they all hit there absolute potential, I think it will be:
With that said, ill take the Devil's duo, I firmly believe Larsson will be a #1 dman. While that is the hardest position to fill. I would LOOOVVEE to have Larsson on the Oil. We could role a top six of:
LOL at Sasso. Like clockwork when Henrique and Couturier are mentioned. Hilarious.
I'll just copy and paste half of what I said the last time he whined about Henrique and then refused to respond.
He was "AWFUL" in the AHL for 16 games. With 5 goals.
Older than Couturier in a similar way to Matt Read, right boss?
Gets me every time.
Why did Henrique have less points than Parise and Kovalchuk? Really? You need this explained to you (again)? Because they are two scoring stars and Henrique was a rookie who barely played on the power play. He was a perfect complement to the two of them. He earned his way there and never left because there was never a reason to. Scored his way right to the Cup Final while Couturier got some quality time with his xbox.
I especially love harping on Henrique's age and then bringing up Matt Read immediately after (again). Makes me laugh every time you do it.
Henrique has undoubted 65 point upside at center ice with excellent defensive and penalty kill abilities. It's a toss up between him and Couturier, but the blind infatuation is just hilarious. You can't even coherently bash Henrique. Bravo.
And again, lol at "least accomplished of the 4". Brayden Schenn by a country freaking mile.
Oh, and Larsson has the highest potential of all four.
So I break the players down, use stats and facts for an argument and your response is" LOL YOU'RE WRONG IM RIGHT, DERP" yeah, makes sense. I would take Larsson over Schenn in a heart beat but how is he more accomplished than Schenn? Schenn had a nearly PPG playoff run last year, that in itself is more than anything Larsson has done at this level.
Larsson >>> Either Schenn. I might still take Couturier over Henrique because we really haven't seen Couturier with any type of NHL skilled linemates, and as we know Henrique did play with great linemates last year (You can say all you want that he was the key part of that line, he still played with allstars), but Henrique is good as well. Both are great defensively.
