this is the main thing that pisses me off about Kostka. His decision making is too slow... I can't even count how many times he's had a shot to one-time a pass but took too long to decide/shoot.
He's still on AHL time. It will be interesting to see if he can adapt. I guess that's why they love him so much, he seems to be able to keep improving. I don't like that he's still getting so much time though.
They are a team and they play to win each game, not lose deliberately. They clearly have enough talent to win a decent amount of games this season. And hey, it's our young talent that is getting it done. You'd prefer if they were awful?
Hellas, of course tanking and getting a top 2 pick would have some major benefits, but if these young kids actually improved and the organization manages to rehabilitate itself as an up and coming team, that will also have a major, holistic impact on the long term health of this team.
