Pretty brutal game to watch.
The PKs and the back to back game have to be the main contributors.

Ugh, like the refs did everything they could to hand this one to the wings, seriously.

I'd say he made the best decision. Had it gone how he planned Zetterberg would have been out of the play and Perron would have picked it up.

On a side note, what's with all the back to backs if there's going to be four or five nights between games?

That was a great play by Zetterberg to still be able to get that puck.
That said, Ian Walsh is a *****.

He had a step on Zetterburg and could have easily swatted the puck to the corner.
Not that it really matters.

I wouldn't call that game awesome. The flow sucked and much of the play was sloppy. (That assessment completely disregarding the numerous botched calls)

If Oshie wanted to give them a goal he should have just put it in himself. Just play the puck instead of trying to make a pointless hit. Oh well not that it made any difference.

... yet Thornton's target hit to Perron's head was not penalized. Redic!

Look at Alex Steen in the post game interview.
You can tell he's seething.

What I learned watching NHL 'hockey' tonight...
1) if a player is about to go around you it is perfectly legal to step up and elbow the guy in the face
2) if you hit a guy in the chest and his head moves you are ejected from the game.
3) I got 2 more points in the score game

I really like how Steen handled himself after the game. He is clearly pissed off, but he did a great job of keeping his emotions under control.

I'd like to see the refs do post game interviews. C'mon Jimmy the Cat, interview Ian White.
