Worst effort of the season. First line invisible till the last 5 minutes. Turnovers, lost almost every puck battle, the Ducks skated circles around us all night. If not for Backstrom this would've been a blowout. You'd think we'd come out with something after the first where we should've been down 3 but were up 1 but nope, terrible game. Only game so far I can actually question the effort of this team.
i hate how this team plays up to good teams and looks like doo-doo against mediocre teams..
Anaheim is very good team. I ain't even mad because it's my 2nd team so it was pretty funny to watch two favourite teams. Damn is Vatanen good. Heatley was bad as expected. Anaheim just flat out dominated us.

1st line sucked
Cullen and Seto cant land passes. Granlund cant do a **** at own end.
3rd line was decent.
4th was good.
We should just drop Granlund to houston for game or two, maybe he could find some inspiration to use his legs more. Zucker up.
If Zucker proofs he can play in nhl, let ppl to fight for spot.
Well atleast something positive on the game. Fin prospect Sami Vatanen made his nhl debut. Tho thats not positive for the wilds

i agree they are good. im just saying 4 days ago everyone would have picked the hawks dominating us like tonight and viceversa
watch the ducks get blown out by columbus next time they play eachother. not saying we played well against them either but you get it. i suppose thats hockey though
I haved soured on Yeo/coaches. Seems game after game he gets out-coached. No adjustments are being made by the Wild whatsoever, yet it seems as if the opponents are making changes. For crying out loud the first line can't get any chances until near the end of the game? Backstrom played a good game, he didn't have a chance on any of those goals.
Wild didn't deserve anything BUT the amount off tripping ducks had the "right" to do with out penalties was horrendous and unfair
Even more special was the lack off effort from yeo to get things going

40-50% off the players were waiting to get a small "vacation" the next few days and had no heart to get this game won. Brodin,scandella,cullen,bouchard,clutterbuck and the 4th line were the guys were the ones that WANTED to win the rest were out off steam or mentally already back home with their wife's having an dinner
Yeo was soft he knew the players were not up to the task but didnt want to piss them off ,if pissing them off is what it takes then do it cause the season is short
He should have told harding to smash a stick and get berserk again it worked against chicago

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't starting to sour on Yeo a bit myself. Still wish we would've hired Mactavish instead of him.

I have said this myself many times. Yeo has been out-coached almost every game but now we have talent so we can get some wins. I have said this many times: Yeo is not NHL level coach.
