First rule of Lloyd, don't talk about the origins of Lloyd. It's for oldtimers here...

Caps will win. Hockey gods have no idea how to handle an Aussie made GDT.

I can't wait for Hendricks to pick the most pointless time to fight.

I just don't see why he feels the need to lose a fight with under a minute to go in the period.

When he loses the guys on the bench are just thinking "yep that's about right." Not even sure Hendricks could beat St Louis in a fight.

Same lineup as last night except for Holtby according to those in the know. Can't believe at least one of Hamrlik or Poti is not going to be in the lineup. I can but I can't.

Come on, you know the Caps would have ended up with a terrible pick had there been no season and therefore a full draft lottery. At least this way they'll only end up one spot lower than their record would have them.

Oates seems most content after loses, although in his defense, it is a small sample size.

I think Sarge has earned a bump up in his TOI.

i think you should consider that in most of those situations the fights for that particular player are coaches choice.

oh and bradley would boost the caps spirits and they would score in short order after a brads fight and he as a rule lost those fights. bloody and badly. winning the fight isnt necessary

I also hurt my back at a drop in game the other night so I'm owed a fun win.

I have a bad feeling about tonight... Flyers win 4-1.

And after this embarrassment, Oates and GMGM will realize what a stupid decision it was to put Ovie with third liners for 3 games in a row and finally put Ovie with Ribeiro or back with Backstrom... or at least that's what a normal coaching staff would do.

Reports are Ovi's on a line with Wolski and Ribero. Nicky with Brouwer and I think Johansson.

Twitter beat reporters confirming. Ribs and Ovi together.

But there's a catch, he's a RW.

Katie Carrera ‏@kcarrera
Alex Ovechkin goes back to the RW tonight against the Flyers, skating with Mike Ribeiro and Wojtek Wolski.
