Been a Teemu fan since before I was an actual hockey fan. Can't believe that he's still lighting the league up the way he did when I was just a little kid. I don't cry about a lot of things but I'm probably going to enter baby mode when he announces his retirement. Gotta savor every moment.

Best part about the half season is I still get to watch him play.

I was honestly a bit disappointed with the Wild tonight. Keep waiting for Granlund to turn it on (in part because I drafted him in my dynasty league, but also because he's a prospect I enjoy watching), and Parise is one of my favorite non-Ducks. I didn't want Minnesota to win obviously, but I was looking forward to a great offensive showdown and it was sadly one-sided. Hope the next one is more entertaining, but same result

You have every right to be. The entire Wild board is pissed off at the team right now for the way they played tonight. Really hoping for a bag skate after that piss-poor performance.

Eh I wouldn't be to worried man, 3 in 4 nights at this point of the season. they obviously weren't skating very well at all...i'd chalk it up to fatigue

Well not gonna turn this into too much of a love affair, but best of luck to you guys. As a Ducks fan I know what it's like to not be taken seriously by the rest of the league even when your team does deserve it. Lots of exciting youth you guys have coming up and I'm sure they're going to aggravate me in the future. Cool third jerseys too.

Anaheim had such a good team that year.

On topic: Teemu is awesome. Gotta love him.

Amazing guy on and outside the ice. He really deserves it. Never stopped working hard, and he seems to enjoy every moment of his game.

IF Ducks had lost that game against Red Wings, they had never won the Cup. 3-2 against Detroit, if it had been 3-2 to Wings, that Stanley still waits. 48 regular season goals that season, and most important player with Jiggy.

But thats history, still hes going strong. Just dont get it

Lol I'm a bit younger than you. I was in elementary school when he converted me from a Kings bandwagoner (just saying you like the local team) to a Ducks fan.

Teemu himself said that was his most memorable goal he ever scored, and the most important.

That was a great game by Anaheim, almost everybody on a roll! And Teemu is something else. I think he was playing much better in this game than the one where he got 4 points. Vatanen looked better than I expected in his first game. Allen was pretty bad, that's about it for the negatives.

I used to think and say that I don't care much for NHL hockey and aren't a fan of any team but I can't say that any more. Since I got Viaplay and started waking up around 5 AM every morning to watch the games, I think it's safe to say that I've been hooked :-) Anaheim and Minnesota are my teams, that is clear.

I loved watching the tv-show called From Teemu's Garage(Teemun tallista in Finnish). Teemu sure has the greatest cars in the world yet he didn't really make a big deal of it. I think Teemu will be a tv-star in future

That's the joke. Not good at reading are you.

inb4 sarcasm doesn't come across well in print. When do you ever hear people complain about Teemu?

Yes, sarcasm does not translate well in print. That's why I added a picture.

I say this every year, I feel so blessed as a hockey fan to have Teemu playing in my hometown. Hockey just won't be the same when he's gone.
