Hecht may be the least accurate shooter in the NHL right now. Even John Scott can at least hit the net when he's in the clear. That was terrible.

I actually feel 100x more confident knowing that Myers and Leopold are broken up. Weber has been playing good defensively, hopefully that rubs off on Leo.

he did actually show acceleration though, it's probably what threw the shot off so bad.

I like Georgie,

Terrible shift by Ott, Grigs, Staff, Myers & Brennen...........

Brennen skates with the puck into the same corner where Myers is standing still and then back hands the puck up the glass to the waiting D............ cheeez........

then wth am I thinking

I guess I was thinking St Louis, and when he first came here, he had a quick burst and could get to the net.

If I actually said that moving Roy away from Vanek wasn't why he surged, you would actually have a point. But I didn't.

I pointed out that FACTS. Vanek's surge was in direct correlation to Pommer pairing up with him after Roy got hurt. That means two things happened; Roy no longer was his center and Pommer was paired with him. But you and others hate Roy so much you only bring up one. Also Vanek/Roy/Pommer were never a line, so to say Hodgson is a better fit than Roy on this line is tough to do because Roy never centered those to. I'm not saying he isn't just that there is nothing to compare it to.

Sulzer! Sounded like it hit something on the way in..Hodgson and Vanek with teh assists it looks like

Puts Hodgson at PPG, and Vanek extends his NHL scoring lead

Sulzer has an underrated shot. Vanek again, his passing and vision is at another level right now.

Eh, that was a big flub by Theodore. It wasn't particularly accurate or hard and Theo saw it all the way.

Everything Thomas and Cody touch is just destined to go in right now.

Ennis stoned on a breakaway after some ugly d-zone play...then Foglino takes away a tap in from Myers and Brennan isn't back far enough to prevent a breakaway...so much dysfuntion outside of VHP
