RDS showed Michel Terrien talking with the ref who made the call before the third period started. Then the third period starts and the horrible call is made. Epic win for Therrien

Wow, gotta feel bad for the Sens here.

NHL needs to hold these morons accountable in some capacity.

The exact same thing happened to the habs in the opening minutes in their first game this season

Nothing to see, move on.

Of course...leave it to a Boston troll to come into the thread and try and stir up things

One of two no goals against the kings. The first had Quick out of his crease and sliding across as a Coyote player skated by.

I'm sure there are others. This crap is happening way too often.

Ottawa got screwed over royally. No need to troll...
Laviolette was not the first to say it. Yet somehow people think he was the first.
Must be that anti-Flyers think

Seems to me it's not even coming from Sens fans but other fanbases who wants to join the fun and start something. And since we loooooove that....we respond. And those people starting it don't even have any problems even if it's well documented that there's nothing like "only in Montreal". People should just go back and watch the last years' penalties home and away and see for themselves. But if they'd do it, they'd look stupid so they prefer not to do it.

Again.....stupid call. One more too many but that one was amongst the worst I've seen ever. The Gorges one has to be the 2nd.

Last time I checked powerplays aren't against an empty net. IDK, maybe you know something I don't?

A lot of us don't care who got screwed by the call (I'm guessing), we're more concerned that anyone got screwed by a call like that. The refs need some disciplining.

It was a goal. Sens deserved at least a point for this game.

Doesn't make any sense at all, because you're not too bright.

Ever since Looch did that, this crap has been called. The league blew the suspension call, Lindy Ruff went right to the media, and proclaimed it "open season on goaltenders". After that, the league was forced to tell it's officials to call this exact garbage that we're seeing called now. So enjoy it.

The ref has just as much probability of making a bad call against your team then he does against another team. Unless you think the ref has some kind of vendetta against your team and that's a whole different can of worms

One would think that this is precisely why calls like this should be reviewable.

'Cause there were no bad calls made prior to the 3rd....thank god you didn't watch the game making your opinion totally useless.

While some of the GI calls this year have been super bogus, it would probably help the refs out in a big way if goals waived off due to GI were subject to video review.

One of the worst goalie interference calls I've seen anyway.

I wish the refs would get into their tick head that it's no interference when the goalie is outside of his circle and that standing in front of a goalie is allowed.

Here's a gif. It's not long enough but Carey wasn't even complaining which says it all. Every game and every team has been effected by crappy officiating. Something should be done.

Normaly I would agree. BUT, when refs are working their ass off to LOOk for penatlies, something is wrong. I don't say anything about a missed call. But phantomcalls are absolutely a total fiasco.

There were four goals scored in the game, two for each team. Doesn't seem like a convincing win.

Anyway, if this doesn't get addressed, I probably won't be watching as many games.
