How much longer do the Habs wanna keep going with this way of choosing the 3 stars of the game?
I feel that some players who would normally deserve a star will forever be forgotten with the way it works now.
I also feel that it makes us look, more often than not, as a bunch of homers.
Not that I think the Molson cup is a big deal anyways!
The only people that ever cared about the three stars.
The fans and the media.
I think Jose Theodore was the only player who looked very happy about winning the Molson trophy at the end.

It's such a non-issue that it is isn't even close to being a non-issue.
Like.. is Erik Cole's skate blade the reason why he's not productive, is a bigger non issue than this.
I just find it unfair that some deserving players (who might've gotten stars in the old sportswriters method) will never get any credit, or get the chance to get recognized by the fans. Eg, not sure if Gorges, or Bouillon, will get a star this season!

just confirms my doubt that the fans dont know what they are talking about. They watch hockey 82 games per year for decades yet they are still a bunch of morons when it comes to evaluate who was the best player in a game. What about a little bit of rigor?

The fans. Yes because 2000 people voting represents everyone's opinion. If all the fans voted, you'd get a much different result. Guaranteed.
