Retroactively I'll throw in an unseen pity vote, though without the pity, on Pekka Rautakallio.

Though I never saw him play, I think I can say "I liked his game".

You should change the title to Top 25 Finnish NHL Players Of All-Time, because that's obviously what this is.
And even then Ruotsalainen should be ahead of Numminen, maybe even Kiprusoff.
He was easily the best Finnish defenceman ever.
Saku Koivu 3th? Matti Hagman was twice the player Saku ever was.
