Komisarek would be a nice Greene replacement and Leafs would definitely have interest in Bernier

I know the values are off so what would make it work?

What does LA want?

I also think the Leafs would like guys like King, Stoll, Richardson

So maybe Bernier, King for Komisarek, Steckell (solid faceoff guy for playoff team), D'Amigo (US prospect), Blacker (PMD prospect), Scrivens?

Lupul - Bozak - Kessel
Penner - Kadri - Frattin
Kulemin - Grabovski - JVR
McClement - Steckel - Komarov

I'm proposing Dustin Penner for Clarke MacArthur straight up. Los Angeles gains a top 6 forward and so does Toronto.
OH MY GOD.

You are a Leaf fan, or a secret LA fan?

MacA > Penner (who has been healthy scratched for most of this season he is so useless).

Beyond that, you somehow have Penner playing on the second line with JVR on the third line?

Please hand in your Leaf fan card and find the exit at your earliest convenience.

wow I do respect your right to make such threads but i think you have a case of chicken little the sky is falling. I touched on it in the 18 scout thread but with this thread i must say it again in here . The kings lost a game on saturday night to the ducks who is the kings most hated opponate. Alot of kings fans went into panic mode and kingpuckchoo i suggest your one of them. I am not.In reality the only ones on the block right now are Loktinov penner maybe gagne. We are the stanley cup champions and we re off to a ruff start but we dont have mitchell our best defenseman imo. Also missing greene a soild d as well So untill we get them back i dont see dean trading the team.

Williams is apart of that core u speak of so i dont see why he is on your list at all. Stoll is if not the best faceoff man on the king and up there in the league again not tradeable. Yes i agree Fraser had a REALLY bad minus -3 in 1min 30 secs or whatever it was of actually game time but was and rock soild last year and will continue that this year. King was a major part of why we turned it around last year I wouldnt be trading him either one of the few young winger with goal scoring possibilitys we have. dewiski is a great 6th 7 defenseman soild. no trade again. Richardson as much as i dont like him he fits as the 13th forward he can and does play any where asked. Ok heres my fav king to talk about bernier most king fan say he was slow and looked like he didnt care out there when he went in sat. He gave up 4 goals 3 on the pp I say it was the pk of the kings that lost the game We also have no backup ready He wont be traded untill the deadline at the earliest.

Maybe I'm missing something but the Kings would probably take this and run.

I wouldnt do it because it doesnt address any of the kings needs. No first round pick no offensive winger for the future and most of all no defenseman to replace mitchell or greenes mins the only thing we really need

Stu Bickell and the rights to Mats Zuccarello for Brad Richardson?

I just want Brad Richards and Brad Richardson on the same line.

Hopefully you'd be looking for futures and prospects as the Bruins don't have much in the way of available expendable NHL regulars.

Would Caron + 2014 2nd work?
I am pretty sure anything over a bag of pucks would work for Penner. How is Boston's financial situation? Can they afford to feed Penner?

Williams would be a great fit for the Sharks, what would it take to get him? You say you might need a defenseman and we've got a surplus of them.

I highly doubt he's available. And to the Sharks? Pft.

Yeah I know, wishful thinking.

It was hypothetical more than anything.

Get over it, people.

I can see us trading any one of those pieces the OP stated, except for Stoll and Williams. No way Lombardi parts with either of those two.

I love how easy these trades are for both sides when the other people aren't trying to rob a core player for garbage.

Garbage for garbage deals are the best.
