you are on crack. he hasn't separated one guy from the puck nor won a board battle. that was the first time he was in front of the net, and no one was on him. he didn't win that space.

From what I have seen from Coyle he uses his frame to protect the puck along the wall and look to dish. If you are expecting big hits you are going to be disappointed.

Coyle's lack of physicality (correlated to his size) in juniors always worried me. That said, I'm willing to give him a loooooot more time before even thinking about panicking.

i was just going to say, please quote me a time he used his body to protect the puck and then he did when he chipped it out of the zone.
