Seriously, why is it so hard for some people to understand that?
No need to panic or anything.
that my friend is the $1,000,000 question.
Reading some of the posts that are on this thread made me laugh and question some folks sanity. There is little to no need to go in massive detail over a 4th line trade and declare winner and losers. I really got a chuckle over the fire Yeo comments because of this seasons payroll and expectations.
All I can think of is the Arby's commercial where that detective fella is on the boat saying..... "really.... REALLY"
i'm not really opposed to it, but i don't understand it for the reasons I already stated. it doesn't really address the "need to get bigger and more physical" issue because...the guy plays 6 minutes a night, maybe. only thing it does is free up a roster spot. this just seems like it's part one of a multi-stage plan.
Well our 4th line wasn't the problem, speed has been a problem, Yeo liked his options at forward on the PK, and our 4th line was already too expensive. Now Yeo loses one of the better PKers, the team is now slower, and our 4th line got pricier. Don't care about Palmieri he cleared waivers for a reason, the Devils also gave him away for a reason.
Not saying I don't get the trade just don't feel it does anything to improve this team.
