He has some upside, but it certainly isn't because of his shot...

The are a lot of us BC folks slaving away in oil country. A few years ago before Hall, Ebs, etc the majority of the fans were not cheering for the Oilers whenever a Canadian team was in town.

Oh by "that Oiler" you mean Yakupov? Yeah, someone with the Oilers should probably sit him down, thank him for his dedication, but explain to him that he's worth more to the team with a face.

Really nice to see Tanev slot his first goal. Especially an OT winner!

He should have turned to the side and it would be a victory all around, I could identify him and he would have a face.

@dietrichfriesen Tanev can't make breakfast if his life was depending on it. Never seen him open his eyes before noon

Good OT period. Hall had the game on his stick and Lu shut him down. Thought we would make it to shootout but a good late effort and it was over. Nice goal and nice play, I'm not even mad. Dubnyk played excellent and kept the team in this game.

Hemsky had a really good game, sick dangles in his goal, was strong on the puck and made some big defensive plays. Wish he was a Canuck
