One of our subway stations has a mural call "Hockey Knights in Canada":

Opposite this mural is one with Montreal Canadiens (to depict the rivalry)

Not hockey, but the address for the SkyDome (Blue Jays stadium) is 1 Blue Jays Way.

Gah I miss living in Toronto. I used to see this every day.
I'm a diehard Oilers fan, but Toronto has some pretty spiffy things.

Not really the city, but if you are a resident of Manitoba you can get special Winnipeg Jets plates for your vehicle.

The address of the Civic/Mellon Arena was 66 Mario Lemieux Place. The new arena is the bland 1001 Fifth Avenue, though.

Other than the fact that it made sure the Pens stayed in Pittsburgh, is there anything good about Consol?

I believe Calgary would light the flame on the top of the Calgary Tower during playoff game nights. It's been awhile, but I think that's what they used to do.

The Peace Bridge into Fort Erie, Ontario is lit up blue and gold for the Sabres on game nights. It was also this color for a period after Rick Martin's death.

There's a small public space near the downtown bus station with 5 flags that features a Sabres or Bills flag (sometimes both) along with flags for the USA, Canada, New York State, and the city of Buffalo.

Halftime Pizza across from the TDGarden in Boston has fight reels. Always fun.

The City of Ottawa was gracious enough to allow the Ottawa Senators to pay for the overpass to access the Corel Centre/Scotiabank Place, oh and pay property taxes. Sadly, the Sens have since given up the priviledge of paying taxes on the publicly used overpass.

During the playoffs last year the empire state building lights were blue and red for the Rangers.

The famous empire state building lights always are a certain color to signify something important, sports teams and holidays and stuff like that. It was really cool to see the Rangers thusly honored.

Huh.

Autographed jerseys of Leafs stars were encased in blocks of ice and dropped off at 9 locations around Toronto. Fans were invited to keep the jerseys if they could get to them.
That's awesome!
