Agreed.

I am really not familiar with the poem.

I don't know I blame the audience for this one.
Poe, while well-known, does not seem to have the highest opinion amongst Americans.
I actually thought he was British.
I know an American classmate of mine thought so too.
Just the staggering amount that had no clue was what was weird to me. I mean it's been used on TV, The Simpsons, various movies, even a movie called The Raven.

If I were to say Nevermore to you, I'd hope you'd think of the Raven even if you aren't a poetry kind of person.

Sorry not meaning to rag on anyone personally I just found it super odd.

Same here. I can't deal with people though. It's not that I'm bad at putting myself out there, it's that I'm fairly prone to making mistakes I shouldn't and hate self-entitled customers. I'll hopefully be working warehouse.

Worked in a warehouse last summer and the pay was good, but they couldn't work around my school schedule so I had to quit as well as two other issues.
1) I have a club foot and couldn't deal with 8 hours of that type of work
2) Worked Mon Tue Thurs Frid Sun. Not having two days off week was beyond annoying and killed my social life

Oh boy...
Nothing.
I have no clue.
I got to read the poem.

The only poetry I like are by Robert Frost, and I only know 1 line from "The Road Not Taken".

Well right now for me 5 days a week is better than 1 day a week. As long as I can have weekends off.

Working Friday and Sunday was a ***** cause I was usually really tired the Friday night (not that I didn't go out, but it just wasn't as enjoyable) and on Saturday nights I had to worry about working the next day.

What kind of poetry do people like?
I am not a poetry person, but other than Frost and that one line, I do like my share of epic poems.
I particularly enjoy Beowulf and The Rime of the Ancient Mariner.
I like the story aspect of them that I can just paraphrase, rather than the expectance of reciting certain lines from the poem, which I am very weak in.

Yeah, like me and my buddies will probably want to go to clubs, camp, and do stuff so it's imperative I get the weekend off at the very least. Only working Mon-Thurs would be excellent though.

Need to get a laptop/computer capable of running comp games, Xbox games are so expensive for so long. Plus just generally like playing mouse and keyboard

Random thought .I would like a computer programmer to create a program that takes every post on hfcanucks that uses the words Hodgsin and Ehrhoff and put them into a thread so I don't have to read them.

I think there's a chrome app that replaces words with cat pictures.

The coach that tripped that peewee hockey player during the post-game handshake got thrown in jail for 15 days.

Wasn't expecting jail time, but good for the judge

No, I'm just replacing it with "Zombo" for privacy reasons.

I know it's been out for a while now but that's a ridiculously good deal. I bought it when it came out and even though the game has zero replay value, I don't regret it one bit. Amazing game.
