Tiebreakers - From NHL.com
1. The fewer number of games played (i.e., superior points percentage).
2. The greater number of games won, excluding games won in the shootout.
3. The greater number of points earned in games between the tied clubs. If two clubs are tied, and have not played an equal number of home games against each other, points earned in the first game played in the city that had the extra game shall not be included. If more than two clubs are tied, the higher percentage of available points earned in games among those clubs, and not including any "odd" games, shall be used to determine the standing.
4. The greater differential between goals for and against for the entire regular season.

Can someone confirm what time the game starts? The vbookie forum says 3 est, the Dallas website says 5 est, and the NHL ticker says 6 est....
It's 5 Central.
Anything on the Dallas site is in Central. No idea what time the game was originally since the Stars kept reminding everyone that the game time had been changed to 5 PM CT.

Have a good feeling today for whatever reason. Really think Bachs will respond well.
I think it's hard not to be optimistic about today after such a great win on Friday. You've got to believe the players were as pumped if not more than the fans after that game. Then add into the equation they got embarassed by the Flames just days ago.
This should be a total game from the entire team this afternoon. I think the danger they have to avoid will be taking penalties because they're too amped.

Speaking of that, I've rarely...if ever...had anyone come up to me and start talking about the Stars in Dallas. At least three people came up to me yesterday asking if I watched the Vancouver game.
Get this women's game over with. I want Stars Live!!! Jk.
It's funny you say this, i just got done watching the video of the girl goalie who played for tampa in an exhibition game in 1993, which i found in this thread.. good way to kill 7 minutes before the game :-D
